1. About This Membership

A Practice Built Just for You (“the Membership”) is an online professional learning and community space created and facilitated by Chelsea Luker (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Membership provides access to:

• Educational and reflective content

• Recorded and live learning sessions

• Community discussion spaces

• Practical tools and resources

The Membership is not a mental health service, therapy program, supervision arrangement, orcrisis support service.

2. Eligibility

By joining the Membership, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are participating in a professional or learning capacity

• You understand and accept the scope and limits of the Membership as outlined in these Terms

3. Membership Access & Delivery

• Access is provided via the Innovorise platform

• Content is delivered digitally and may include videos, written materials, live sessions, and community discussions

• Content may be updated, added to, removed, or restructured over time to reflect the evolving nature of the Membership.

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific content, session, or feature at a particular time.

4. Scope and Professional Boundaries

The Membership:

• Is educational and community-based in nature

• Does not provide therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, clinical supervision, or crisis support

• Does not create a therapist–client, supervisor–supervisee, or clinical relationship

Participation in the Membership does not replace:

• Personal therapy

• Clinical supervision

• Medical or mental health care

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support outside the Membership when needed.

In particular, you agree that you will engage your own treating health practitioners as needed, and will not rely upon us or any aspect of the Membership in order to treat your own health condition(s).

5. Community Participation

Members agree to:

• Engage respectfully and in accordance with the Community Agreements

• Maintain appropriate professional and personal boundaries

• Avoid providing diagnosis, treatment advice, or crisis intervention to other members

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of shared community spaces

We reserve the right to moderate content, restrict participation, or remove access where necessary to maintain safety, scope, or legal compliance.

If you do not engage with us (and with any other participants in the program) in what we reasonably consider to be a respectful manner, we reserve the right to cancel your Membership as set out at section 7 of these terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership is the intellectual property of Chelsea Luker unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Use materials for personal reflection and professional learning

• Adapt ideas for use within your own ethical practice

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share Membership materials

• Record, download, or redistribute live or recorded sessions

• Present Membership content as your own work

• Otherwise inappropriately seek to use our intellectual property for commercial purposes beyond implementing them into your own ethical practice

7. Fees, Renewal & Cancellation

• Membership fees are charged via Innovorise

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• Cancelling your subscription stops future billing

• Access to the Membership ends when your subscription ends

Any refunds (full or partial) are provided in our absolute discretion, and refunds will generally not be issued for change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to major failures.

8. Platform Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted

access.

We are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance periods, or third-party service disruptions

beyond our control.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate Membership access where we reasonably consider that:

• You have seriously or repeatedly breached these terms and conditions and/or any Community Agreements

• Your behaviour poses a risk to others

• Your conduct or your health requires that we take action to meet our legal, ethical, or safety obligations

Where appropriate, clarification, reflection, and repair will be prioritised over removal.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact:

[email protected]

We will:

• Acknowledge your concern within a reasonable timeframe

• Consider the matter in good faith

• Respond proportionately and respectfully

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may seek external advice or assistance, including through relevant consumer protection bodies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for outcomes arising from participation in the Membership

• You remain responsible for how you apply learning in your professional or personal context

• We are not liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from your participation in our program, including implementation of any of our materials into your practice, and participation in the program is at your own risk

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of

the courts of New South Wales.
