The program is designed for Autistic and/or ADHD adults who are interested in exploring, understanding, and embracing their Neurodivergent identity in a safe, structured and affirming way.
1.2. This program is not suitable for individuals requiring acute mental health support or who are currently in crisis. If unsure, participants are encouraged to consult with their treating clinician before enrolling.
2. Structure of the Program
2.1. The beta version of Building Your Neurodivergent Identity is delivered as a live, online, small group program via Zoom over six weeks. Each session runs for two hours and includes a combination of psychoeducation, reflection activities, and group discussion.
2.2. Participants will be encouraged to complete optional reflection activities between sessions using a digital or printable handbook. These activities are self-paced and are not reviewed or assessed by Chelsea.
2.3. All group sessions are delivered live and will be recorded. Handouts and optional reflection materials will be provided via email and the online student portal.
2.4. Private coaching is not included in this beta round. Participants requiring individualised support are encouraged to seek this externally.
