The Membership platform is not a clinical record system and we will generally not be obtaining sensitive health information from you.

We do not sell personal information.

Information you post in community areas is visible to other members.

Personal information is stored securely using reputable third-party platforms. We generally seek to minimise hard-copy materials and most of our records are electronic. 

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, or

disclosure.

Information is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by law.

6. Overseas Disclosure

Some service providers (including platform and email services) may store data outside

Australia.

Where this occurs, reasonable steps are taken to ensure compliance with Australian privacy

standards.


We will not store your sensitive information outside of Australia.

• Deletion where legally permitted
