Connect Us Psychology

At Connect Us Psychology, I believe that Neurodivergent individuals deserve to feel
understood, valued, and supported - not just accommodated.

I founded Connect Us Psychology in 2021 with a mission is to create a world where Neurodivergent people can thrive.

Through therapy, resources, training, and advocacy, I provide neurodiversity-affirming support for Autistic and ADHD folk, their families, educators, and professionals. My approach is authentic, inclusive, and trauma-informed, built on deep lived experience and professional expertise.

Whether you’re looking for therapy, professional training, self-paced programs, or
accessible resources,
Connect Us Psychology is here to help.

I offer a space where Neurodivergent identities are celebrated, where challenges are met with compassion, and where the goal isn’t just to “fit in” - but to be seen, heard, and empowered.

How do you practice?

Therapeutic approaches

Tailored to fit you best, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement.

Informed by Research and Lived Experience

Inspired by the work of many professionals, such as Ross Greene (kids do well *if * they can!), Mona Delahooke, the Yellow Ladybugs, Reframing Autism, Autism LevelUP, and many more. I am committed to continuous learning and growth.

I want you to feel safe and valued

This means that I am *all about* accommodations. In *real life* this looks like a clinic that can cater to most sensory and communication needs. I also *love* sharing interests and incorporating this in our work wherever we can.

  • I don’t use the big light – lamps all the way!

  • I have all.of.the.fidgets! Just so many!

  • I have a squishy mat and squishmallows, along with loads of soft blankets.

  • Shoes are optional. Comfort comes first!

  • I have a very quiet dyson fan, air conditioning, and a heater – so we can make the temperature just right.
