A slow, neurodiversity-affirming membership for Neurodivergent therapists and ND-affirming allies who want to build sustainable, values-led practices - without sacrificing their health, identity, or humanity.

This is professional development designed to support your nervous system, not override it.

If you’re craving a way of practising that supports you- not just your clients - you’re in the right place.

You don’t need to keep pushing.

Many therapists are doing deeply meaningful work inside systems that quietly demand self-erasure.

Managing your nervous system.
Holding emotional labour.
Masking.

Carrying responsibility without enough support in return.

Over time, that takes a toll.

This membership exists because that way of working isn’t sustainable.

Here, we slow things down.
We make space for reflection.
We build practices that honour capacity, identity, culture, and care.

Not through hustle.
But through alignment.

Who this membership is for?

This space is for you if you are:

  • An Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise Neurodivergent therapist - or a genuinely ND-affirming ally

  • Wanting to practise in ways that honour your values, needs, and limits

  • Tired of holding everyone else’s nervous systems while neglecting your own

  • Craving a gentler professional space to unmask, reflect, and recalibrate

  • Seeking ND-affirming tools you can actually use - without translating them

  • Wanting to work sustainably, humanely, and with integrity over time

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for fast fixes, rigid frameworks, productivity coaching, or high-pressure accountability.

This space is slow by design.

If your shoulders just dropped a little - you’re in the right place.

What this membership actually is:

This is a neurodiversity-affirming professional membership.

It’s designed for therapists who support Autistic and ADHD clients and want their own wellbeing, identity, and capacity to matter in the process.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Low-demand learning that respects your energy

  • Practical ND-affirming clinical resources

  • Reflection tools that help you make sense of your work and yourself

  • Community spaces grounded in consent, safety, and choice

  • Thoughtful conversations about identity, culture, power, and sustainability

This is not therapy, supervision, or clinical consultation.

Think of it as a professional home base.

Not something to keep up with.
Something to return to.

This is professional development that doesn’t drain you.
It’s designed to hold you while you practise.

What's held for you each month:

Everything is available on-demand.

Nothing stacks up if you miss a month.

Each month centres on one clear theme, explored gently and at a sustainable pace.

Inside that theme, you’ll receive:

  • A short, digestible workshop
Thoughtful learning designed to inform without overwhelming. No content dumping. No pressure to “keep up”.

  • A reflection or mapping tool
Support to help you understand where you are - in your work, your nervous system, and your professional identity.

  • A practical ND-affirming clinical resource
Scripts, tools, or frameworks you can adapt to your own context and client work.

  • A community care moment (live on Zoom)
An optional, zero-pressure space for connection, shared reflection, or listening in. Attendance is never required.

  • A practitioner sustainability tool
Resources that support pacing, boundaries, capacity, and long-term sustainability.

  • Community-responsive conversations
Gently facilitated discussions shaped by what members are navigating - including identity, culture, power, and liberation - without forced participation or performative engagement.

    Everything is available on-demand.
    Participation is optional.

The exact shape may evolve over time - but the intention stays the same: thoughtful support, delivered in ways that respect your nervous system and your life.

The framework guiding the membership:

The membership is structured around a five-layer model for sustainable practice - A Life Built Just for You.

These layers run through all content, conversations, and resources.

  • PLACE

Your environments, systems, sensory load, safety, and context.

  • PERMISSION

    Unmasking, boundaries, identity, letting go.

  • PRACTICES

ND-affirming therapeutic tools, clinical strategies, and ways of working that don’t burn you out.

  • PEOPLE

Relationships, interdependence, culture, and not doing this work alone.

  • PURPOSE

Values, meaning, direction - and building a practice that fits your life.

We move slowly through these layers.
    We revisit them.
    We integrate gently.

ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Chelsea Luker

(She/her) - an Autistic ADHDer, psychologist, author, and parent of two delightful Neurodivergent kiddos.

This membership grew out of my own need to stop squashing myself to survive professional systems that were never designed for my brain - and from witnessing too many brilliant therapists do the same.

I’m not here to tell you how to do this “right”.

I’m here to build something steadier, kinder, and more sustainable - alongside you.

A space shaped with care - and responsiveness

This membership isn’t static.

While the core structure and values are held, the space itself is responsive to the people inside it.

Themes, conversations, and resources are shaped over time by what members are navigating - in their work, their bodies, and their worlds.

That doesn’t mean you’re expected to contribute, lead, or perform.
It means your lived experience is respected, and the space can adapt without losing its integrity.

We’re not building this for you.
We’re building it
with you - thoughtfully, ethically, and at a human pace.

About the co-creation of this space:

This membership is co-created with Khadija Gbla - an Afro Indigenous, Queer, Disabled, writer, speaker, and advocate whose work centres cultural safety, liberation, and lived experience.

Khadija brings depth, challenge, and care to this space - particularly in conversations around identity, power, culture, and what it means to build practices that don’t reproduce harm.

Our collaboration is grounded in relationship, mutual respect, and ongoing learning.

It exists to strengthen this space - not to sanitise it.

You’ll see Khadija’s influence woven through the values, conversations, and community care that shape the membership.

Is this therapy, supervision, or clinical consultation?

No. This is a professional development and community space. It doesn’t replace therapy, supervision, or individual clinical support.

What if I join and then don't have capacity?

That’s okay. Everything is optional and available on-demand. You’re welcome to step back and return when you’re ready.

What does community actually mean here?

Connection is available, not required. You can observe quietly, engage occasionally, or participate more fully - all are valid.

How neurodiversity-affirming is this space in practice?

This space is designed by an Autistic ADHDer psychologist and grounded in lived experience, consent, and flexibility - not compliance or performance.

Who is this membership for?

For Neurodivergent and neurodiversity-affirming professionals - psychologists, therapists, counsellors, facilitators, and allied-health practitioners - who want a slow, supportive space for reflection, growth, and community.

How is this different from your other programs?

This membership isn’t about learning a specific framework or facilitation skill - it’s about you. It’s a gentle space for ongoing connection, reflection, and professional nourishment.

If the Deepening the BYNDI Content program is about understanding the BYNDI material more deeply, the membership is about sustaining your professional and personal wellbeing as a practitioner.

What’s included each month?

You’ll get one live reflection call or Q&A, monthly journaling prompts, new resources in the library, and ongoing community discussion threads.

There will also be occasional guest workshops - added when energy, timing, and interest align.

Do I have to attend live?

No. Everything is designed to be low-demand. You can read, watch, or join whenever it suits you.

When do payments start?

Payments begin at the time you join.

Once you sign up, you’ll have immediate access to the membership space and resources, and your subscription will start straight away.

If you choose the monthly option, you’ll be billed monthly from your join date.
If you choose the annual option, you’ll be billed once per year from your join date.

You can cancel at any time if your circumstances change.

Can I leave any time?

Yes - there’s no lock-in period. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Is it only for Neurodivergent practitioners?

No. It’s open to both Neurodivergent and neurodiversity-affirming professionals committed to inclusive, reflective, trauma-informed practice.

What if I’m already in the facilitator program?

Perfect - this membership complements that work beautifully. While the facilitator training and deepening course focus on your role in delivering BYNDI, this membership focuses on you as a human and professional - your sustainability, confidence, and sense of belonging.

Will there be recordings of live sessions?

Yes, all reflection calls and optional workshops are recorded and added to the member library.

If you’ve been craving a space that feels safe, supportive, and deeply human - this is it.
