This program was developed by Autistic ADHDer psychologist Chelsea Luker through real-world work with Neurodivergent folk across the lifespan.
It is grounded in:
neurodiversity-affirming practice
identity development
trauma-informed and intersectional care
strengths-based approaches
The program has been used to support:
Autistic/ADHD Adults
Autistic/ADHD Teens
Autistic/ADHD Kids
Parents supporting Autistic/ADHD kids
The goal is not to “fix” neurodivergence.
The goal is to support people in understanding themselves and building a life that fits.
You already have the structure.
You know what each session will focus on.
You have activities and reflection prompts ready to go.
Participants arrive knowing they are stepping into a space designed to explore their Neurodivergent identity safely and respectfully.
You’re able to focus on facilitating the group - rather than carrying the entire program design in your head.
This is for you if:
You’re an allied health professional
You want to run neurodiversity-affirming groups
You care about ethics and getting it right
You don’t have time to write curriculum from scratch
You want structure without rigidity
You do not need extensive group facilitation experience.
The program structure supports you through each session.

“Your energy and generosity shine through – it makes the whole training feel engaging and affirming."
“The program feels ready-to-run. The handbooks and slides are practical, easy to use, and adaptable.”
“I loved your info-dumping style – it felt very relatable and gave permission for participants to learn in their own ND way.”.
“You come across as warm, authentic, and clearly grounded in lived experience as well as clinical knowledge.”
I’ve spent years supporting Autistic and ADHD clients across the lifespan - in therapy rooms, assessment spaces, and group settings.
I also know what it’s like to move through the world without language for burnout, masking, or identity.
The Building Your Neurodivergent Identity Program was created from both lived experience and clinical practice.
It was designed to create the kind of space many of us never had:
• Identity-first
• Neurodiversity-affirming
• Structured but flexible
• Ethically grounded
This facilitator program equips you with a framework that honours Neurodivergent identity, supports safe unmasking, and helps participants rebuild after years of pushing through.
You’re not just getting materials.
You’re learning how to hold these groups with clarity, steadiness, and integrity.
That combination matters.
